Tomo is committed to the safety of all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This policy outlines our standards and the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform.
Our commitment:
Tomo strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors. We actively work to keep our platform safe and cooperate fully with law enforcement when required.
Age Requirement
Tomo is designed exclusively for adults:
- Users must be 18 years or older to create an account
- We verify age during the registration process
- Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately suspended and deleted
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18
Zero Tolerance Policy
The following are strictly prohibited on Tomo:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or any attempt to exploit minors
- Any communication that sexualizes minors in any way
- Using the platform to facilitate any form of harm to minors
Immediate Action
Any account found violating these policies is immediately and permanently banned. There are no warnings or second chances for CSAE violations.

How to Report
If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, please report it immediately:
In-App Reporting
Use the report button available on any profile, message, or activity to flag concerning content. Select the appropriate category and our safety team will review it urgently.

External Reporting
You can also report CSAE to the following organizations:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline.org
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF): iwf.org.uk
- Your local law enforcement agency
How We Respond
When we receive a report or detect potential CSAE:
- The content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement
- The offending account is permanently banned
- We report the incident to NCMEC and other relevant authorities as required by law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- We review related accounts and activity for additional violations
Cooperation With Authorities
Tomo works with law enforcement and child safety organizations to combat CSAE:
- We file reports with NCMEC as required under U.S. federal law
- We comply with all applicable regional and national child safety laws
- We respond promptly to valid legal requests for information
- We preserve evidence related to CSAE for law enforcement purposes
Training & Accountability
- Our team members are trained on identifying and responding to CSAE
- We regularly review and update our safety policies and procedures
- We stay informed of evolving best practices in child safety
